Data Processing Addendum (Summary)

1. Roles

Daelo acts as a data controller for user account and app usage data. We use subprocessors to provide the Service (e.g., hosting, email delivery, and payments).

2. Subprocessors

We maintain Data Processing Agreements with our subprocessors where required by law. Typical subprocessors include:

• Cloud hosting and database providers
• Email delivery providers
• Payment processor (Stripe)

3. Security Measures

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege access.

4. International Transfers

Where personal data is processed outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
